Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product), Hui San Hong will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping expenses.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the receipt for your records.

Refund Process
